Experience a relaxing, fun, peaceful Getaway at our Classic Cabin in the quiet, idyllic setting in Cornadarragh Forest, near Belturbet, Co. Cavan.
Whether relaxing with a book, reconnecting with family and friends or simply just being at peace.. No 7 Cornadarragh is invitingly comfortable with its spacious kitchen, dining, living area… sleeps 7 (super king, king, twin and single beds). The cabin features a log burner for a cozy fire, a secure wrap around deck and a large porch with comfortable seating for evening glass of wine or cuppa.
Perched on the scenic edge of the River Erne with amenities nearby such as the impressive Cuilcagh Mountain (well known board walk ‘Stairway to Heaven’ in credible views), the Marble caves nearby, Killykeen Forest Park and Castle Saunderson which are suitable for family walks, pram/buggy friendly, cycling, fishing, kayaking.
What to expect
There are 4 bedrooms. Two with ensuites. One super king size bed and one king size. A third room has two single beds while the 4th has one single bed.
The living area features a log burning stove with a lovely view our over the river Erne. Guests can make meals in the kitchen that has an oven with hob, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave and even an air fryer. It is well stocked with kitchenware for up to 8 people. if you enjoy cooking then you will not have to go out for the basics such as salt, pepper, spices as they are there waiting for you. Tea, coffee, sugar too.
This holiday home has a washing machine, a private entrance, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a terrace.
With a lake for every day of the year, Cavan is famous for fishing, hiking/trekking, kayaking/canoeing/paddle boarding, equestrian pursuits and golf. And of course, good pubs and fine restaurants.
